2024 Rosé
After losing our entire crop to the January freeze in 2024, we turned to our neighbours to the south for fruit. Grown in Washington and made in East Kelowna, this Pinot Noir was fermented in stainless steel with 24 hours of skin contact. A Provence-style Rosé, this wine shows dried rose petal and strawberry rhubarb preserves on the nose, and pink grapefruit, cosmic crisp red apple, and pomegranate on the palate. Drink alongside a charcuterie board with goat cheese, mild salami, jalapeño jelly, and good company.
